General & Health Counselling Mediation & Consultancy understands that employment is very important for many people. Apart from being a means of survival it is the area in which most people spend about a third of their time. It is also the area in their lives where they seek a great deal of purpose, fulfillment and opportunity for self enhancement and development.

GHCMC understand that the workplace can be a place where employees at all levels both vertically and horizontally bring or experience problems of a personal or work-related nature. These problems are known to impact on the daily operational basis of a business or organization.
